Bayern Munich is the Super Champions of Europe beat Sevilla 2-1.

Invincible Bayern Munich of Germany almost lost face to Spanish side Sevilla as the club got a scrappy 2-1 over Sevilla to lift the 2020 European Super Cup for Champions of the Europian Champions League and the Europa Cup.

The match was played before an experimental 15,500 fans in Budapest to test admittance of fans for the Covid-19 pandemic effect on football.

Ocamos opened scoring for Sevilla via a neat penalty in the 13th minute but the first half ended 1-1 as Goretzka equalized in 34th minute.

Sevilla got the early lead in the match from a Lucas Ocampos penalty in the 13th minute after Ivan Rakitic was fouled by David Alaba.

The German club had two goals ruled out in the second half, one for offside and the other for a foul in the build-up.

With Bayern Munich’s win, the German side has won their second UEFA Super Cup Trophy after winning their first against Chelsea in 2013.

The goals by Lewandoski and Sane were rejected and it took a Martinez Aguinaga penalty in extra of 104 minutes to get the cup moving to Germany.
