There is a conundrum circulating the media parlance with the alleged sighting of the Chief of Staff to President Buhari, Mallam Abba Kyari at United Kingdom Hospital in London.
A report from Rootv in London said Kyari was sighted at the Wellington Hospital in London.
It said: “President Chief of Staff, Mallam Abba Kyari is receiving medical attention at Wellington Hospital but his medical condition is deteriorating having tested positive to Covid-19”.
Wellington Hospital is the largest independent hospital in the UK and is a part of HCA International Hospital group.
Mallam Kyari had visited Germany and Egypt with the Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman where they met Siemens officials over the power deal signed with the company.
The staff Union at Mamman’s Ministry of Power had threatened to shut down the power grid because their Minister did not isolate and was coming to work. Up till now, the nation does not know his status.
A voice note of a woman went viral on the 26th of March alleging that President Buhari and Abba Kyari were ferried by night flight to London for medical care. The audio was allegedly done by a Goodluck Jonathan fellow and was summarily dismissed as fake by Presidential Spokesman, Shehu Garba.
Patmos Media Line went on investigation and reported that President Buhari was actually in the Villa while Kyari was not in Lagos receiving treatment but at a DSS facility quickly put together in Asokoro area of Abuja.
With the Opera News report, a big doubt is placed on every report and the Federal Government of Nigeria has the onus now to make a clean breast of everything including CNN’s constant claim that President Buhari is actually positive.
Any Government follower throughout the world would know that oppositions fake several news reports while the government uses extensive propaganda as tool of operation. The coming days will expose the truth.
