CP Olusola Okediji to be given restricted burial next week Thursday in Abuja.

The late Commissioner of Police in charge of ICT at the Force Headquarters, Abuja CP Olusola Okediji will be laid to rest at a very private ceremony in Abuja on Thursday, 30 July 2020.

His son, Mr. Opeyemi Okediji told Patmos Media Line that the Covid-19 Pandemic protocol of social distancing has placed restriction on the allowance of attendees of the late Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Mr. Okediji however said there will be a service of songs for his late father on Wednesday 29th July at 4pm. The wake keep will take place at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, New Life Assembly, Phase 3, Kubwa, Abuja.

CP Okediji died at the National Hospital, Abuja on 7th July after a brief illness.

He attended Ibadan Christ Apostolic Grammar School and was a Student Union official while at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

He attended many police courses and had was usually selected to handle recruitment and promotion exercises for the Police Force.

CP Okediji had served at various places in Nigeria and abroad including being DCP at both Nasarawa State and the FCT before being promoted CP.
