The president of the Association of Resident Doctors of Nigeria, Dr. Aliyu Sokomba has advocated litigation against any patient without regards to the status that refused to reveal vital statistics at the point of medical care.
Dr. Sokomba was on the African Independent Television (AIT) on Saturday morning where he said all patients are potential covid-19 patients until proved otherwise by medical care.
The ARD President said the Gynecologist Doctor that died in Lagos and those of Ilorin were negligent in their approach to the duties and urged all Medical Care givers to exercise more care.
He insisted that all medical health care givers should be given the complete coronavirus protective gear to wear at all times when they are on duty.
Dr. Sokomba lamented that all those who attended the burial of the Chief of Staff, Mallam Abba Kyari did not observe the social distancing and public gathering regulations of the Federal Government.

He said that was dangerous for the goal to curb the coronavirus pandemic especially how everyone came too close to the dead body of a coronavirus victim without caution.
The Doctor said the late COS should have obeyed the rules and regulations he led others to give the nation by self-isolating when he returned from abroad though he said the Government official was a workaholic.
