Counsel to some #EndSARS protesters in Lagos State, Mr Adesina Ogunlana, has said Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola (SAN), will have to appear before the Judicial Panel of Inquiry over “discovery” of a video camera at the Lekki toll gate on the night of October 20.
Lawyer Ogunlana stated this while interrogating the Managing-Director of Lekki Concession Company, LCC, Yomi Omomuwasan on Friday.
The Counsel asked how many cameras do they have at the toll gate, but Omomuwasan said he did not know the total number of the cameras but one camera was removed, 15 were burned.
Ogunlana then asked, “Okay, are you aware of the camera found by Agent FASH?”
Mr Gbolahan Agboluwaje, the Head of the Legal Department of LCC, objects, according to him the MD doesn’t know as he wasn’t there.
Pictures of Agent Fash are from downloaded materials stored in Patmos Media Libray.
Omomuwasan who said he does not know anything about cameras except they are on automatic operation and operated by his Technical Department also said the Lagos State Government did not inform his office that the entourage was coming hence his absence at the Toll Gate on the day of their visitation.
then asks if Mr. Fashola a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) can be brought in for questioning.
Federal Works Minister and former Lagos State Governor, Raji Babatunde Fashola was fondly reffered to as Agent Fash for his ingenuity to locate the camera at the Toll Gate.
Nigerians immediately put their creativity into play designing ID Cards and poster for him.
