Obafemi locks down victory party for Manchester United scoring equalizer in injury time 2-2.

Super sub, Nigeria’s Michael Obafemi complicated the chances of Manchester United ending the Premiership league among the first four when he scored the equalizer with a right flick for Southampton in the closing moments of the match 90+6 minutes. Odion Ighalo was not fielded for Man U.

It was a disappointed Man U boys that chopped knuckles with their opponents as they had come from behind with two goals within three minutes of the first half to raise the adrenalin of their fans for a leap frog above Leicester and Chelsea to place third on the table.

Armstrong opened scoring for Southampton in the 12th minute but two quick goals from Rashford in 20th minute and Anthony Martial 23rd minute set a victory dance for Man U until the Nigerian guy tumbled the table and destroyed the wines for Man U.

Poor man U would have chalked 61 points and been ahead of Chelsea (60) and Leicester (59) but the team stays 5th on the table with their 59 points dropping by goals 65-61 for to Leicester.

There are three matches to finally end the EPL and both first seven positions and the bottom will be tough because of the escape of Manchester City from the Euro ban earlier on Monday.

Southampton that spoilt the party for Manchester United is placed 12th on the table.
