The treasonable trial of the Publisher of Sahara Reporter and leader of the Revolution Now movement, Mr. Omoyele Sowore will hold before Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu at the High Court 7 of the Federal High Court tomorrow, Wednesday 12th February 2020.
The trial fixed for Tuesday, 11th February had been kept in view because of an imbroglio with the Directorate of State Security (DSS) who invaded the court in one of his trials.
His lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) had been on intense media war over the alleged unusual manner the DSS has been prosecuting Mr. Sowore which included disobedience to court orders and elastic charges.
Mr. Sowore himself gleefully announced the resumption of his trial on his Twitter handle.

Mr. Sowore was said to have moved Nigerians against the Government of President Muhammadu Buhari in which manner the DSS alleged the Treasonable Felony offenses but his Lawyer, Femi Falana argues that the same demand Mr. Sowore joined now President Buhari to withstand the Jonathan Administration in the pre-2015 elections is what obtains now.
The case has attracted global attention, especially from America because Mr. Sowore holds dual citizenship of Nigeria and America.
